Sanctity of Life Sunday is a day for we will affirm the God-given value of every human life. Together, we pause to remember that every person, born and unborn, is created in the image of God and deeply loved by Him. It’s a time of prayer, compassion, and renewed commitment to honor, protect, and support life in all its stages.
We’re hosting a donation drive to support First Choice Pregnancy Center of Marshfield, a local ministry that comes alongside women, men, and families with compassion, truth, and practical help. Your donations help provide resources, support, and hope to those facing unplanned pregnancies right here in our community. We are looking for donations of diapers (size 4 and size 5), unscented wipes, and toilet paper. Donations will be collected in the Grace Baptist Church lobby on January 11 and January 18. Thank you for loving others in such a tangible way!
Our Men’s Breakfast is our once-a-month gathering for men to enjoy a good meal, connect with one another, and start the morning with some encouragement. It’s a relaxed, come-as-you-are time at the downtown Daily Grind, and every man is welcome to join us. Just purchase your food at the counter and then join the GBC men at the tables for an uplifting way to start your day!
We will announce the 2026 VBS theme, watch a video promo, and share how people can get involved to impact the next generation for Christ.
Bring a tray of finger food for the dinner buffet, and your favorite board games, for a fun night of uplifting conversations, great relationships, and tasty food! Pull up a chair and enjoy this great family fun night!
Young at Heart is our monthly lunch for anyone who is 55 and older. It’s a simple time to enjoy good food at Culver’s, catch up with new and familiar friends, and share some encouragement together. Everyone in this age group is welcome…just purchase your lunch at the counter and then join the Grace Baptist group at the restaurant tables.
Northland Camp & Conference Center will share with us the summer camp experience at Northland, show a promo video, and provide a discount for those who register on February 15 for summer camp. The Northland staff will also be present to answer any questions.
Adults are welcome to join us for a brief workshop called, “Love: The Main Thing.” This workshop stems from what the Lord called the two greatest laws in all of scripture — love God and love others. This workshop is for all adults (married and single). The RSVP deadline is February 8. Please contact the church office to reserve your seats for the workshop. The registration fee will be $10 per adult.
